Delivery on Saturday

    1. Do you also deliver on Saturdays as standard?

    If ordered before 16:00 on Friday, we deliver packages up to 20 kg standard on Saturday in the Netherlands and Belgium.

    Delivery to abroad

      2. Do you also deliver to countries other than the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany?

      Yes, we deliver worldwide! Both in Europe and outside Europe.

      Service

        3. What should I do if my product does not work (properly)?

        The legal warranty applies to all items that you purchase from us. A legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.


        Send an email to info@vectisfitness.nl with your order number and a precise description of the complaint and we will help you further. In many cases, we can remotely determine what is wrong with the product.

        Returns

          4. What is my trial period and what are the conditions for returning my product?

          You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically take possession of the good.

            5. Can I also order by e-mail?

            No problem, you can send us an email at info@vectisfitness.nl with your address details and the product choice. We will then manually create the order for you and send you a payment link.


            Please note - the availability of items is not guaranteed. This is continuously updated on the website. If you order by e-mail, this will only be updated when one of our colleagues places the order in the system. If the product is no longer in stock, we will inform you immediately about the delivery time.

            Take Away

              6. Can I also collect my order from your warehouse?

              In principle, our warehouse is only staffed when we receive deliveries or start shipping products. However, if it is desired to pick up the product, we can make an appointment together.

                7. Do prices online always include VAT?

                All prices on our website are shown including VAT.
